    Tensegrity means a structure which maintains valance by integrating an object with tension. Tensegrity Yoga is an approach developed originally by ACO, and it is a highly independence style of yoga in which you can experience asanas by making fines adjustments by yourself (self-adjustment). The consciousness to keep making fine adjustments will increase a flow of energy generated from the sacrum and then produce the proper balance of prana through your body. Moving as you feel tension toward up and down, right and left, and back and forth will generate pure yet strong energy to all directions, which will allow you to perform familiar asanas such as Sun Salutation and Triangle Pose much easier and deeper than usual.
