The training you go through in inversion postures such as headstands, shoulder stands and arm balances will provide you a similar experience when you encounter opposing values in life. Each experience should be considered a growth opportunity to adapt and adjust yourself to the changes you see. This lesson aims at safely practicing inversion poses applying the Kripalu approach.
