Your asana and breathing will deepen when you know more about your lilum, sacrum, and sacroiliac joint within your pelvis. We will look into various poses including forward bends, backbends, twists and balace poses by analyzing how the pelvis moves. The lilum movement also has a deep relationship with giving birth. Understanding how our bodies move with each Asana is not only important for women, but men as well. We will go over how our bodies built in simple form in order to better understand our bodies.
