[21F4] MAMA Yoga – Basic knowledge for Postnatal Yoga teachers

The future QOL depends on their postnatal condition. After 1-month check-up, I recommend them to resume their yoga practice. Postnatal yoga will help them physically and mentally since they have a tendency to get unsecured and unstable after the delivery due to the hormone. Mothers-after-delivery need a particular yoga class for their body and mind. This workshop will teach you the key points of postnatal yoga teaching.
