[22G2] Lila Yoga; Pursuit of Hip joints opening

We will practice the sequences to open up Hip joints. To open up hip joints, it is important to keep putting proper pressure over a long time. It is also important to build up the muscles around hip joints. We will build up muscles to relive hip joints in standing position; and we will put proper pressure to deepen leg splits in seated position.
