We will focus on the poses Trikonasana, Virabadrasana 2, Parsvakonasana, Supta Padangusthasana 2 and Baddha Konasana to better understand how proper alignment and action facilitates correct movement in the hip joint while utilizing our skills of observation, modification and adjustment in pair work. This class will include how to use props to modify poses when needed. stability in back bends and balancing poses.
