Let’s cultivate healthy body and mind through breathing by basic Asanas of Hatha Yoga.
We will adjust our breath, excite our hands, legs from the top of our head to toes and start practicing Asanas. Your unconscious distortion on each Asana could be the cause of your body not feeling very well! Your body won’t be completely well unless the deep breath doesn’t reach to Nadi along the spine.
