プロフィール

Ex-show dancer/stage actor based in Tokyo more than a decade. Learned various methods such as ballet, floor ballet, swimming, muscle training, pilates, yoga and tai chi. Focused on Ashtanga yoga after taking class of Ken Harakuma at IYC. Trained under the guruji, S.K. Pattabhi Jois in India. After teaching Ashtanga yoga in IYC studios in Tokyo, Back to her hometown, Fukuoka in Kyushu and became an instructor for IYC Fukuoka in 2005. With her various experiences with bodywork, she enjoys teaching yoga and simple life by practicing physical exercises. Has a reputation for accurate advice to beginner to instructor level. Currently perform actively in her hometown, Fukuoka in Kyushu, taking training from the master in India, and appreciating to find learning in local daily life.
