She is a well-known model for magazines such as Very and Yoga Journal, and in commercials for Kanebo's Coffret D'or. Deeply touched by yoga that helps one self-harmonize and heal mind and body, she began studying Ishta Yoga under Kumiko Mack, and became Yoga Alliance certified in 2007. She has been active as a yoga instructor since. She has studied Ishta, Yin and other various styles, and teaches style-mixing yoga that can be utilized to enhance daily lives.
