    on forward bending of Ashtanga Yoga Primary Series (Purification of body and
    mind). You will have a fun class of Ashtanga Yoga’s essential techniques of
    Ujjayi Breathing and Bandha. To understand and exercise Ujjayi breathing is
    very important for any asana practice. Why important? What do we obtain by
    Ujjayi? You will understand the theory and reason behind after the class. Let’s
    purify your body and mind with deep breath.
