"Ashtanga Yoga" is the meaning of eight steps in the way of yoga outlined by Patañjali. These are the practice methods of the yoga which followed the step, and can be said the state of discipline. This workshop explains in detail eight steps described in the "yoga sutra" which is the fundamental Buddhist Scripture and explains the importance of practice of "asana (pause)" which is the 3rd step. asana practice uses the method of practicing yoga asana which match moving and breathing completely and performs them in the flow called "Ashtanga/Vinyasa Yoga" inherited in the present age by a guru, Mr.シュリ・K・パタビジョイス, and studies the foundation thoroughly.
